Feeling Overwhelmed

I hope to be finishing school this year. As such, I've loaded up on courses. Its been a little hectic.

I'm taking six courses this semester alone, and its easy to get overwhelmed. To cope with stress, I remind myself to take every test, every paper, every exam, every assignment one step and one day at a time. There are always those things that will fall to the last minute, but planning and organizing tasks go a long way.

What are some ways you cope with stress?

  3. I make sure to do something I love during my study breaks (aka catching up with my TV shows)

  4. I do yoga. I feel happy that im working out but its also very calming
